Carol Upson - Executive Director

Carol loves to make things happen and has been involved with GMA since inception. She has dealt with a broad range of organisation including, medical, manufacturing, accounting, legal, IT and financial services, oil and gas.

Jan Davidson - Human Resource Advisor

Jan is an experienced HR generalist with broad experience in a range of industries. HR experience includes change management, restructuring, employee relations, employee engagement, HR policy development, performance management, remuneration and benefits, recruitment, IT, and HR Services.

Barry Upson - Consultant Advisor

Barry is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Directors with a strong governance background since 1993. He has held a broad range of company directorships. His earlier career was in manufacturing and exporting.
